In 2013 Sophie Radcliffe, knew she wanted more than sitting behind a desk, so she resigned from her 9-5 job with London’s fastest growing tech start up and began her own journey. Sophie is an adventure athlete on a mission to champion ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things.
Following her mantra ‘One Life, Life It’, Sophie is an inspirational speaker, she's given talks at TEDxLiverpool, Conde Nast Traveller Magazine, Discovery as well as several influential conferences.
Sophie has been featured on the front cover of Trail Running magazine, awarded 'Rising Star' in Sport as one of the top 100 most influential women in London and has been featured in The Telegraph, Women's Health, The Independent, The Metro, The Highland Times and more.
A woman blazing trails in a male dominated arena, she is the only person to have climbed all the mountains in the alpine countries and cycled between them, she has cycled from London to Paris in 24 hours, every year since 2008 and is always looking for a new challenge to take on.
This year Sophie embarked on a new challenge to inspire the young women around her, by launching her youth empowerment initiative TrailBlazers, which gives teenage girls the tools to build their confidence and blaze their own trail.
